SANKOR iCMS

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SANKOR iCMS ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service & BYOI

SANKOR iCMS operates on a Bring Your Own Infrastructure (BYOI) model. We provide the software, interface, and AI-generation tools. You, the user, may connect your own third-party infrastructure (e.g., Supabase, Cloudflare R2, Cloudflare Stream). We are not responsible for the uptime, billing, or data loss associated with your connected third-party infrastructure.

3. User Responsibilities & Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any API keys you provide to the platform. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. SANKOR iCMS is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials or API keys.

4. Content Ownership & Intellectual Property

You retain all rights and ownership to the content, text, images, and data you create, host, or upload using SANKOR iCMS. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license strictly to parse, display, and process this data to provide the Service to you. SANKOR iCMS retains all rights to the underlying software, AI models, and platform code.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to host, generate, or distribute illegal content, malware, spam, or content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these acceptable use policies.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SANKOR iCMS, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.

7. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time; the most current version will always be posted on this page.
